October 24, 2017 - Dinner at Lucky Cantonese Private Dining: Doing quite nicely, but this still clearly needs time yet. The nose had a little burst of ripe white fruit packed together with lots and lots of stony mineral. The palate had a really nice balance and poise to it, with lovely fresh acidity and fleshy white fruit held together in a really pure, succulent package. Long finish too, quietly powerful, with a real pull of minerality making its way through the creamy white fruit. Very good - will be smashing in a few years' time.

January 2, 2016 - Still lemony and overly buttery rich. Linear and laser like. Mineral sparking finish.

December 25, 2014 - This is developing really nicely. Strong flowered and mineral rich lemon creme with some racy mangoes, topped with sparkling Perrier and a dollop of freshly whipped freshly squeezed cows milk. Really turning out to be more meursault than the meursault of the same

August 8, 2013 - Still showing the fresh lithe of lemon minerality and white stone fruits though also showing some fleshiness of the vintage. Almost mearsault puligny like.

August 7, 2013 - Dinner with the Hans (Asia Grand, Odeon Towers): Really nice stuff - this continues to show very well. It had a nicely welcoming nose of cream and white fruit, a drop of honey, some white flowers, and deeper aromas of chalk and mineral. The palate was really delicious. Creamily textured with nice depth and ripeness for a 2008, yet also finely balanced, with a fresh, juicy feel to its sweet notes of lemons and apples with a little minerally undertow. This was round, ripe and pleasing, but also showed a solid backbone with a nice sense of focus and direction. Good long finish too, with some creamy, buttery notes sliding over a chalky base. A very good wine which is drinking well young, but which will also do well over the mid-term.
