  November 11, 2011 - About two years ago, I noted this wine was young but it would integrate. Well, this is drinking very well now. Baked blueberries and raspberries, very smoothe texture, very pleasant overall. This will somewhat disappoint those who like a higher acidity, and I think you have to be careful about pairing it with food, but I like it.

  February 4, 2010 - Wow! First sniff, I did not expect the nose to be so expressive being I just opened the bottle cold out of the cellar.
  Appearance: dark, dark, dark garnet, nice clarity but not much light getting trough
  Nose after 2min:green apple skin, cola, molasses, prunes, cloves
  Palate after 5min:slightly vegetal, bitter cocoa, little hot, little closed off
  Next day: very oaky on the palate, 40 sec finish, very nice, a little eucalyptys and black cherry
  this bottle needs a few years, if u want to drink it just decant for 4 hours+
  not worth the $40 price tag, but I would buy half a case for around $25

  December 11, 2009 - Drank tonight because we're thinking purchasing more - agree it is young but I taste black baked berries, some barnyard and noteworthy tannins. Overall, balanced and will integrate.
