August 8, 2021 - One last bottle I didn't think I had, and the years have been good to it. In earlier days this was enjoyed as a well-made generously fruited wine from a ripe vintage in a fairly modern style. This bottle was almost a true wow, still with plenty of fruit but shouting Bordeaux rather than modern, Excellent balance, considerable complexity. Drink or hold a few more years.
