August 17, 2020 - Drinking very well, with ripe fruits finely balanced with great freshness. Very fine & harmonious, so much so that most thought this was a BdB, or at least a Blanc (Chardonnay) major blend...
July 1, 2018 - No notes. At a birthday dinner at Tosca in DC. Shared with Chef and Staff for bday toast. Everyone loved it. Definitely aged gracefully.
April 8, 2018 - Elegant in an fine, understated manner. Lemon, mineral, slight yeast and apple on the nose. Light to medium fruit on palate, made lighter by fine mousse. Beautiful mineral/acid balance to fruit. Vibrant and open.
May 14, 2012 - Lots of vibrant, crispy fruit, with apple and Meyer lemon most prominent. Fine bubbles, a mid-weight mouthfeel. Some bread on the nose, but this is not that style of wine. Very enjoyable at Marche Moderne for Mother's Day.

October 8, 2011 - Cote-Rotie 1999 tasting (Glostrup): Nose is a bit closed but it does have some acidic green apples and some fresh lemon.
Lots of sweetness, dosage, on the palate with a lovely flavor depth and body.
A quite exciting wine!
September 25, 2011 - Enjoyed this with dinner at Garibaldi's on Presidio (San Francisco). Really fantastic wine. It made the food taste better. Balanced acidity, green apple, pear, sour dough toast, bright bubbles. Wonderful!!
