August 17, 2014 - Brick color and earthy nose. Fresh fruit cherries and caisse. Good balance, bright acid, round tannins. Good body with a medium finish.

May 29, 2011 - Popped and poured. Ruby red. Nice nose of cherries and strawberries. On the palate the wine has big flavors and velvety texture but it is light, not heavy. It is a fruit forward style more like Camus than Pavelot. Flavors of sour cherries, red licorice, and hard red candy. Not overly complex but a big taste and long finish. Great with a delicious coq aux vin.
