March 24, 2023 - Started out quite tame with little fruit but still balanced, and opened up over two hours. Drink now, good example of aged Washington at 15 years.

November 5, 2017 - Its at the end of life now. Nice brick red color and secondary flavors but the tannins are just about gone and the finish is gravely. Still enjoyable if you like aged wines. Drink them up if you have them

August 28, 2012 - The middle vintage of three in a vertical tasting with the 2006 and 2008 reserve paired with homemade prime rib roast. Double decanted a couple of hours before dinner. We loved them all, but this one was a real cut above by our account. The nose is more intense with dark fruit and cocoa. The structure and mid-palate very nice. The seemless red mountain tannins are what really made the finish stand out.
