January 21, 2023 - OK for the price. Nothing particularly distinctive but no flaws either.
February 28, 2021 - Pale peach and gold in color. Numerous medium to large bubbles. Mild nose that is fruit forward. Medium bodied and off-dry. The aggressive bubbles immediately dance on the tongue. Palate is a strawberry, pear, and lime. A hint of yeast and almonds are present on the mid-palate and finish. Medium-length crisp finish of toast, strawberries, lime, and mineral. Very refreshing, uplifting, and light.
This is constantly one of my favorite bubbles for a warm day with cheeses.
September 2, 2020 - Same color as the brut. The nose is kind of beer-y, rather than pastry. Almost like a sourdough starter. It's not unpleasant, but it is a little odd. There is also some strawberry/red fruit. It's thick on the palate--think strawberry smoothie. About as sweet as the rose, but it's a bit less obvious about it. I would still like a bit more acidity.
July 6, 2020 - Solid & fun to try but no need to reload in a hurry. Decent value at $19.

December 7, 2019 - The scent is like yeast and blood orange and green apples. The bubbles are fine and pleasant and the wine is tart and crisp with some toasty notes. Very nice.
September 28, 2019 - This is a great sparkling wine. It's not as fruit forward as some of the others I've tried, but it's very crisp. Pairs well with literally anything. I had it with a filet and shrimp. Also had some goat cheese with blueberries with it and some bourskin cheese. All paired really well. I would highly recommend.
April 23, 2019 - Yep...one could sip this all day! Impressive range and structure, fine textures, quality finish.
April 14, 2019 - Dry, medium acidity. Citrus, pear, sour apple. Very crisp and easy drinking.
March 25, 2019 - Consistent with previous note. Compelling substance, range, and textural nuance.
