February 6, 2014 - This could be getting a bit long in the tooth, but small bottle ...

October 1, 2012 - Aromas are of wine and grapes and vanilla. On the pallet the flavors are of syrupy sweet black and red fruit and spice and some vegetal flavors. The finish has a tough of dry tannins and sweet, somewhat syrupy fruit. Theyrupiness of the fruit brings down the score of an otherwise enjoyable wine.

June 11, 2012 - Tasted after a 14 Hands, we were surprised we liked the 14 Hands better. This bottle was disappointing.

June 1, 2012 - Grapy and somewhat harsh and out of balance.

  • By Sean Sullivan
    6/19/2009 (link) **** points

(Glencorrie Cuvee Marquis Columbia Valley) Light cocoa powder, pepper, black cherry, and very, very light herbal qualities. Opens up, expands, and lingers. A finish that holds on and evolves with fruit, spice, and light herbal notes. An elegant, beautifully done wine. 70% Cabernet (Weinbau, Stillwater Creek, Gamache vineyards); 20% Merlot (Stillwater Creek); 10% Malbec (Goose Ridge Vineyard). 14.7% alcohol. 192 cases produced.
