July 19, 2023 - Complex dark brown vermouth with notes of rosemary, thyme and vanilla and something fresh orange-like and slightly bitter. Excellent drink.
November 16, 2021 - Not sure I can rate this on a how many pts scale but suffice to say this is my favourite vermouth for Negroni. Sweet, but bitter and complex at the same time. Goes well with the Berto bitter, the latter as a substitute to Campari in the Negroni as well.
May 10, 2021 - This is truly complex. I'm sensitive for bitterness and this should not be for me. But... this is truly complex. So actually I can overcome the bitterness. Maybe because that lovely sweetness that comes after? Or the liqourice? Orange? Balsamic? Vanilla? This is not really my style. But still I'm contemplating buying one more. More in the bottle, might be back. Don't know how to grade it 'cause I never had any other like this.
March 21, 2020 - Wonderful complexity, with herbs, balsamic notes, tangerine peel, rose petals and a tangy lift. Great with a mediterranean style tonic water.
August 3, 2019 - Others below already said it very well… This is a wonderfully aromatic, complex, dense, deep and bitter concoction with orange peel, clove, bergamot, vanilla, baking spice and other flavors. The sweetness competes with the moderate alcohol and bitterness with a touch of medicine. Compelling — and delightful on its own or on the rocks with a wedge of orange. Highly recommended.

October 6, 2018 - Comparison Tasting of Sweet Vermouths; 9/26/2018-11/17/2018 (Home): The neck label talks of vanilla and that is the dominant note in this vermouth. There is also orange peel and and clove behind that, cola like in the finish. Sweeter than most, it has a definite bitter linger. The intensity of flavor is high but not overpowering. I have found myself favoring this for my evening drink with club soda. In first place in a tight pack
