January 4, 2018 - Drinking soundly. Good structure. Good fruit although fading. Quite enjoyable.
June 21, 2015 - Trevlig mogen doft med en del stall, tobak och väl mogna skogsbär. Mycket Nebbiolo i doften, rosor, viol och lite målarfärg. Kryddig med lite cederträ och muskot. Hög syra, måttliga men inte mesiga tanniner, medelfylligt med trevlig frukt.
March 29, 2015 - Quite oaky on the nose, but not overdone. Cool dark sour cherry, with white pepper and herby undertones. Not very familiar with the variety, Uva di Troia, but this one has a pleasant tannin structure and well-balanced acidity. Medium length with a finish of dark sour fruit and liquorice.

November 13, 2012 - Consistently nice. Rich flavours and nicely pairs with meat or cheese.
September 11, 2012 - Dark garnet colour. Plums and barnyard. Some sweetness. Clean. Very delicious.
July 7, 2012 - Medium ruby in colour with a medium intense nose.
Positives: Oak, plums, black currents, black & white pepper, mulberry, dry sage, black tea, licorice & wild mushrooms. Medium+ body & tannins with good acidity & a long length.
Negatives: The nose is a little musty which will turn off some people.
Drink now & it paired well with medium veal from California Sandwich.

June 13, 2012 - Eye: deep red purple. Nose: dried fruits, cherries, vanilla. Palate: good structure and fruit, full body, medium to long finish. Wine softened considerably after an hour of opening. Drink up.
May 13, 2012 - Eye: deep ruby purple color. Nose: dried fruit, vanilla, spices, earthy. Palate: full bodied, loads of fruit, still good structure, long finish.
February 26, 2012 - Buon vino da Uva di Troia in purezza, ben vinificato e molto piacevole.
Una gradevole evoluzione di piccoli frutti rossi, more, ribes, prugne, pepe nero, una leggera tostatura non invadente, un bel sorso scorrevole.
Vino di discreta eleganza anche nel finale di media lunghezza.
