Tasted non blind.
Garnet color in the glass, fairly clear looking. Nose of tobacco, berries and red hills dust. Flavors of raspberries, boysenberries and strawberries. Medium to tangy acidity, medium tannin, full bodied. Drink now.

October 18, 2012 - Very green with little to no fruit. Thin and unstructured. Had of the other single estate bottles last year, and it was no better. Blended j k carriere wines are much better - none of his single vineyard offerings are worth the price at 50+ dollars - there are far better or and ca pinots, and even some burgundies to be had.

September 25, 2011 - Winery visit- 9/8. Cola, fig and mulled spice notes on the nose that develop into really cool notes of mushroom, rose hip, sandalwood and cherry on the palate. Lithe smooth tannins and medium finish.
