October 11, 2020 - Dark purple in color, with no indication of bricking. The Hendy trademark aromas of mint, eucalyptus, and sweet fruit are present. On the palate, deep cherry, violet, cocoa, and new leather notes show. The tannins are only slightly softening at 15 years on, so there is plenty of life ahead. Drinking very well right now. Medium-long finish.

March 15, 2013 - This is a very smooth and balanced wine. I poured into a decanter and immediately drank. Where did it all go? :)
