  March 19, 2016 - An exceptional Cab Franc. The only concern is that I may have opened it too early. The love of my life and I were having test kitchen tonight to prepare for Easter lunch. Leg of lamb prepared oven roasted and separately grilled with dijon mustard and lemon pepper rub. Whoa. Enough said. But for you, and for this wine: No flaws. Mild rim variation. Dark, dark, dark garnet color. No sediment. Very old world nose. Lots of earth and musk. Overrides faint dark florals and fruit. No tannin/acid. Medium alcohol. Long and amazing finish. Certainly very ready to drink. But, I think, this beast has easily 10-20 years of bottle life left. Enjoy, and, Kudos to Mr. Pott.
