March 1, 2023 - Beautiful nose, well balanced, velvety, long finish, great wine. This is the last bottle I have in my cellar-- and it's a bummer. Really enjoyed the juice. Reliable vineyard/producer. Makes we want to go back to WW.

October 22, 2021 - Disappointing. Big, almost porty, alcoholic with medicinal fruit. No smoke, bacon, balsamic, pepper that I look for in aged syrah.

March 12, 2015 - A delicious syrah, with black and blue fruit flavors, smooth and richly textured. Nice finish.

March 29, 2014 - I was going to hold off drinking another bottle of this wine for another year or so but... . This has improved immensely (for me) since I tried it a year ago. You probably enjoy "big" wines if this is in your cellar so there is no reason not to pop this open and have with a hearty meal. One hour decant. Full of blue and black fruits with a well-balanced core.

May 27, 2012 - Decanted for 3 hours. Nice dark purple color. Huge. Has the viscosity of an Aussie Shiraz. Bit of a burn on the end. Needs to settle down. Won't have another for at least 2-3 years (or so I say).

August 10, 2011 - Wow! Possibly one of the best syrahs I've had in a while! Beautiful nose, well balanced, velvety, long finish, great wine. Never had Nina Lee and want more! Absolutely worth the investment if you can locate the bottles!!

April 30, 2010 - Spring Release 2010. Very jammy, richest Syrah all day. Borderline sweet, and probably best with dessert, or maybe lamb with a rich sauce. Will cellar very well.
