April 18, 2011 - Pale, gold yellow color. Nose has very sweet notes of lychees, honey and some sweet cassis (weingummi). Medium acid with minerality and a crisp cirtus/lime finish. Quite the roller coaster initially, but settles down after an hour or two. Needless to say that the price point makes this wine a steal. Not a memorable wine, but I have had much worse CBs for 5times the price

January 24, 2011 - PnP. Straw yellow. Honeycomb earth melon floral and lime aromas. Nice body with flavors that echo the aroma. Not bad lenght with a nice lime zip. Great value! Definite house wine for the spring/summer.

January 21, 2011 - Wow, an $8.00 wine that has a finish? I don't care if this stuff is large-scale, industrial plonk, or not. I may have found our summer parade and backyard wine. 86 points

September 29, 2010 - Light yellow. Nice floral layer to a lemon pear fruit. Seemed to me a touch of residual sugar. Decent acidity. Quite pleasing. I would buy this. 86-87

August 28, 2010 - Great value. Floral, apricot and lychee aromas. Concentrated attack. Good acidity. Finish is so-so, but this works as an aromatic food fine really well. Little or no oak here.
