December 4, 2012 - Pale yellow straw. Sweet but mild lychee, stonefruit, citrus, slate, floral, and vanilla aromas - not as aromatic as other Gewurztraminers. Off-dry and medium body with a smooth texture and a fierce minerality. Hint of spice on midpalate. Lychee and stonefruit flavors crescendo into a minerally, saline-tinged finish. Very good.

Paired with red coconut veggie curry, baked breaded eggplant, and brown rice.

August 20, 2011 - light yellow green. aromas of mineral, litchi, lime, melon . flavor- a touch of residual sugar? honey/honeysuckle, black pepper, touch petrol. more to my tastes than a cali gewurtz i had before it, but this gets a lower score.

May 29, 2011 - Pale yellow, clear. Nose of tropical fruits with lychee, fresh cut grass and saline.
Fruity, with a lovely mineral finish. Off dry, medium body, medium acidity.
