March 2, 2012 - Very smooth, subtle tannins, nice fruit, and a long finish.

July 18, 2011 - Decanted for an hour before tasting. Nose of cola, spice and tart cherries. On the palate more spice, touch of oak and tart red fruit. Nice acidity on the finish along with some firm but integrated tannins. All in all a very nice, balanced, light-to-medium bodied pinot. Not at all like some other Carneros pinots that are overextracted fruit bombs. This one was much more subtle but still packed a punch. Delicious.

February 11, 2011 - Great companion to white sauce chicken pizza from Original Pete's (Roseville, CA).
