December 29, 2010 - The "Dedication" wine is quickly becoming a Cougar Crest favorite of mine. Lots of black fruit, coffee and chocolate. Well structured and smooth. A bargain, too! Salud!

October 17, 2010 - Purple color - really really dark! Aromas of blackberry torte, clove spice, and blueberries. On the palate this has a lot of plum sauce, blackberry jam, and raspberry sauce. Very rich, very dense wine - there is some lingering acidity on the finish that helps the wine out too. Not entirely my style of wine, but I can see this being a crowd pleaser.

3/6/2010 (link) *** points(NV Cougar Crest Dedication Three Red Wine Columbia Valley) Fairly light in color. Hints of green pepper along with sweet spices and a kiss of chocolate. Tart on the taste with palate coating oak. Appears to have been open for some time. Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc. Cougar Hills, Golden’s Legacy, and Willard vineyards. 13.4% alcohol. 1,008 cases produced.
