January 26, 2018 - Jadot Dinner with Frédéric Barnier (RPM Steak - Chicago IL): Open 15 minutes before serving. Moderately mature with lots of stone fruit aromas and some baked apple alongside slightly sweet spice. Excellent concentration, very good length. This stayed at the same level of evolution over the course of several hours in glass.

January 26, 2018 - 2nd Annual Jadot with Frederic Barnier (RPM Steak): This defies what you'd expect from 2003. Good crisp palate with rich fruit, but not overdone at all, and with plenty of fresh acids. Moderate floral and spice notes add interest. Probably one to drink sooner than later.

May 12, 2009 - Knightsbridge's Jadot Dinner with Jacques Lardiere (Boka - Chicago IL): Baked apple with floral notes and brown spice, but enough acidity I wouldn't have thought 2003 if served blind. But still, I can't quite see this as a 20-year wine.
