Community Tasting Notes 2

May 13, 2011 - Lots of minerality on the nose (wet stone, almost steely), lemon, and a touch of sweeter fruit like apple or pear. Light bodied, but residual sugar gives a round mouth feel. On the palate quite a different story from the nose! Lots of sweet fruit - peach, pear, apple. But it lacks a bit of acidity for balance, making it a bit simple. Still fun though.
