April 14, 2013 - Medium garnet with a little bricking. Need a little time before the nose got going - when it did, we had a lovely nose of cassis, tobacco, raspberry and earth. Drying medium tannins initially but did integrate well with the fruit once all the elements came together. Moderate acidity, light to moderate bodied. Black currents, leather, earth, smoke and vanilla with a moderate length.
