April 19, 2019 - Somewhat fruit forward, but well structured and long persistence. Opened up nicely after an hour or so. Balanced, few tannins left, beautiful fruit still showing. A bit overextracted for my taste, but nice mellow persistence,

October 23, 2015 - Excellent, 14% alc. 22 months in new French and some US oak
    Colour: deep black berry
Bouquet: rich sweet fruit, with mint julep, cedar, blackberry, peppery spice, roasted and licorice characters
Palate: as bouquet, full bodied, blackberry, big soft tannins, long clean uplifted acid finish.

May 2, 2015 - Lush and silky. Dark red fruits with eucalyptus and mnt notes. Enough acid to give it a medium finish.

February 14, 2015 - Fantastic aromatics of Chestnut, caramel, mint and dark plum fruits. Full bodied, almost loud in the mouth . Keen acid and receding tannins helped the pairing with Beef Wellington. Just on the brink of jammy ostentation but enough minerals and brett to give individuality and perky pizazz.
