  August 11, 2022 - About 4 years since my last btl. Visited the winery in 2010 and popped this with the same group. What a special btl since the company and wine elevated each other. On the nose: savory herbs, pure peach, honey, citrus. On the palate: this is perfection. Weightless, dense, perfectly balanced acidity...honeyed texture, soft white pepper. One of the best btls I have had this year.

  February 20, 2021 - Honeyed, floral and vanilla nose, really delicious. Mouth is rich, goes on for at least 30 sec with granny smith, ripe pineapple.

  April 2, 2020 - Opened for virtual tasting. Great nose, very pretty, fruit dominated. Nice structure and good mouthfeel. Falls off into a dull finish, which didn't really improve with air. More time? This is normally Ratz's best GG, so this was a little disappointing. Wish they were more consistent.

  November 3, 2018 - Oh, yes. Such a wonderful nose, with a whiff of petrol, then loads of peach, white flowers and a touch of lime. Excellent acidity and well-delineated flavors echoing the nose. Excellent texture and better as it warmed. Wait a while for the next bottle.
