May 19, 2014 - Age has taken off some of the verve but added more seashell flavors. The citrus has mellow a bit with the sea and chalk coming out stronger. Nicely balanced and delish with Swiss cheese fondue.

  • Firefly78 Likes this wine: 90 points

September 12, 2013 - On the nose, wet stones, grapefruit and hints of dried thyme.
Nice acidity, intense minerality and a long, crisp, lemony finish.

August 29, 2013 - Drinking very well now. Rippin' acidity, citrus, sea, light dried herbs, and quinine. Perfect with Alfredo sauce.

June 10, 2013 - Seems definitely not varietal, although this is 5 years old. Crisp, faded fruit, not round, clear clean wine. Paired well with ceviche, but did not seem to have the common corresponding and complimentary acids. Refreshing. I like it but don't understand it.

June 26, 2012 - Drinking really nice tonight, great wine.Mineral, a hint of pink grapefruit, sweet lemon. Great balance on the palate. Perfect fruit. Not varietal at all. Lime. Very very long smoky finish. Simply superb.
