  March 27, 2015 - The nose was fantastic and no sign of oxidation. Taste closed and a hint of unpleasant earthiness immediately after opening. That disappeared after a while. This bottle was very enjoyable with a nice balance of fruit, acidity and maturity. Was a little sceptic to whether this one would have survived after several of my older Chablis have gone into the sink. Chablis seem be more sensitive to ageing than for example Riesling.

  June 10, 2012 - - Yellow color and aromas of grapefruit, oak and hazelnut. It's balanced and has flavours of grapefruit, oak and hazelnut with a medium/full body with a medium finish - Nice Chablis, well structure, with good citrus tones and some oak character.

  February 26, 2011 - Grand Cru Chablis blind tasting (stockholm): Tasted blind.
  Light yellow hue with a greenish streak.
  Nose is clearly developed classic chablis, flinty, strict, but also some herbs or grass.
  It is lean, verging on thin. Classic, but without the longeur and acidity I would expect.
  My guess was a 2007 les preuses. Not that far off, I guess.
