April 1, 2022 - 50% Assyrtiko / 50% Semillon, this vintage won the gold medal as one of the best international white wines from Decanter magazine. Still delicious, luscious, slight maderization, not overly sweet.

December 25, 2013 - Best vintage yet, not yet surpassed by other Ovilos's I have tried. Light golden, orange zest, honeycomb, peach, apples, oaky vanilla and an edge of tropical fruit & stony minerality. Medium+ bodied, palate mirrors the nose, good rich fruit, complex with good oak. I am looking forward to the 2012...

June 26, 2013 - Nice hay color, with honey, melon and apricot on the nose, very well integrated with oak. Medium acidity and good freshness. Taste of ripe apricot and lemon skin. Very enjoyable wine !

June 15, 2010 - Straw, yellow green rim. Opulent fruit against a background of butter. Citrus, melons, lemons. Full bodied buttery oily mouthfeel. Opulent fruit on the palate but balanced by briny acidity. Still bright and shoulld age beautifully.

March 8, 2010 - Better and better every time I taste it. This time, the nose and palate were dominated by exotic fruits like mango and passion fruit, and the flowery notes have faded and moved to the background. More complex and balanced than ever. I am curious to find out how this wine will age. A beauty in every sense of the word. Perfect with noodles with prawns!
