January 25, 2011 - Good. La Crema is the right name for this. Its distinguishing characteristic is the creamy mouth feel. It is hard to find the varietal in the wine. It is an easy drinker. <Wow/Very Good/Good/Fair/Plonk>

July 17, 2010 - Restaurant purchase. Not as big as previous La Crema I have had. Still a nice easy drinking pinot.

February 28, 2010 - Bouche équilibrée. Peu boisée. Nez frais pointe de cannelle. La canelle se retrouve aussi un peu en bouche. Longueur correcte. Excellent avec le filet de porc. Du bon petit pinot.

January 17, 2010 - Light to meduim red color. Very vibrant color. Nose of cola, some vanilla, bright red berry. Palate a bit sharp, but nice berry, cola and sweet vanilla or cedar. 2nd day even better, the flavors and aromas melded together and the sharpness really rounded out. Reminiscent of an older William Selyemm or a Porter Creek.
