June 27, 2015 - We were shocked. My husband opened it and said it was gone; closed, nothing left. I found some fruit. After about an hour, it showed it's excellent structure. Mush and well-balanced. Wow. Drink now. It won't get better.

April 3, 2005 - Dark purple hue. Full nose on opening mostly of blueberries, plus some cassis and licorice. After 2 hours of decanting, still in the process of opening up, but went on to display impressive strucure and power associated with blueberry, blackberry, and aspalt flavors. Tannins still a bit hard-edged. Long, stony finish. Wow, lots of potential for this wine. A favorite of the evening (not my WOTN but close).
