  December 18, 2017 - Après décantation, beaucoup de lie écarté.
  Apparence rouge grenat, très dense.
  Nez ouvert, anis, mure.
  En bouche, le vin est dense et généreux, saveurs de kirsh, mure et bleuet. Les tanins arrondis mais toujours structurants, le vin s'est bien maintenue. La sucrosité et l'alcool sont bien perceptibles mais tout de même acceptable, particulièrement lorsque l'on l'anticipe.
  Bon accord avec une bavette de boeuf roti.

  Apparence rouge bleuté, encre, très dense.
  Nez moyennement ouvert, fruit cuit, bleuets, mûre, réglisse.
  En bouche, vin très ample, l'alcool (15,8%) est bien senti. Les tanins salvateurs sont toujours présents, rapeux associés aux saveurs anisées, nous rapelle les friandises cigares à la réglisse de mon enfance.
  La persistance est sur l'alcool.
  Sommes toute un Zin de style californien, vraissemblablement 2009 fut une année très chaude.
  Je risque de conserver la dernière bouteille pour un prochain BBQ, l'an prochain...

  January 4, 2014 - This bottle is coming around nicely. Drinking incredibly well right now. Tight upon opening, but 30 minute decant and off to the races. Jammy and full of body, great fruit and a bold finish. Excellent ptv!
