February 23, 2012 - Chablis Premier Cru (at Arild's): Light flaxen. Intense and aromatic nose. Green/herbal, sea/salt, some minerals and butter. Full-bodied and smooth. Sitrus on the palate. Long fininsh with some bitterness and spices. Very good.
