July 8, 2010 - eh. tart, with some hints of classic cab flavor, but nothing to write home about. tastes like a cheap bottle of wine.

July 4, 2010 - What a difference a year makes. 2006 was my "House Red". 2007 will not be a repeat buy. Unappealing nose, palate, and nothing good on the finish. Worse than bland. Will try 2nd (last) bottle in several weeks.

June 23, 2010 - Really good cab, surprising. Dark cherry fruit, delicious, improved with aeration. If you want very good quality cali cab at an affordable price, this is your wine to buy by the case.

June 13, 2010 - Good value since this would likely sell for twice the price at a winery in the Alexander Valley. As far as the wine, I get some mild oak taste but not overpowering. The problem is there is not much else going on. I didn't detect much fruit flavor until the second day.

June 10, 2010 - Decent cabernet and decent QPR. Nothing extraordinary or particularly interesting, but certainly a reasonable cabernet for $10.
