March 30, 2013 - After last experience was hesitant to open while the oak is not as prevalent - the wine still comes across out of balance, there are plums, raisin, pencil, vanilla and some dark cherry on the nose and palate, tannins dictate the mind palate through finish though

August 5, 2012 - Can't believe I'm give an SA wine such a great score but it's delicious. I biught this from the winary and its made in a napa style and I think it's tremendously successful. Far more interesting than your usual SA wine with a lovely depth and length
