Community Tasting Notes 1

February 20, 2010 - Who would have thought New Mexico champagne? It's actually pretty good and a great conversation piece. Nice packaging, good color, bubbles OK. Weak nose, taste not particularly crisp, but I'll try another bottle in a year or so. Pretty good buy for a Rose bubbly, their white product is available at Trader Joes for about $14 or so, a very good buy. This one is only available from the winery or by mail order. I'll leave out other notes on this one, the nice part of it is pulling it out, pouring, and letting people guess where it might have come from......
