October 5, 2021 - Huge nose, immense. Lots of chocolate, cassis. Big mouthfeel. This is still a huge wine. Deep black fruit, oak, damp earth. Lots of tannin. Plenty of life left in this. Revisit in 5 years imo.

December 2, 2014 - If only all cabernet sauvignons could be this good. One of the finest wines I've ever had. Out of the bottle, the deep burgundy, purple ink color is enticing. On the nose, it presents a touch of light oak and a blast of ripe dark berries, mainly blackberries. Smooth, silky mouth feel, followed by a touch of tannin, and powerful juicy dark berries that make you salivate. Chocolate and eucalyptus mingle with the berries. Very long finish that keeps you salivating. This is a rare experience that makes you want to come back for more!

April 15, 2011 - Nice wine, but really didn't wow us at all for this price point. It is tasty but a bit thin.
December 24, 2010 - Still drinking well, but not as full. Did not capture the style or grace back in 2008. Tannins were non existent, muted nose & fairly one -dimensional in it's predominant flavor of cherry. Will wait to see other reviews b4 I can be convinced it has more chance to evolve.
May 26, 2010 - Nice Bottle with good fruit that were not overwhelmed by the tannins. Fine now but should improve over the next 3-5 years too.
December 7, 2008 - Really enjoyed this wine. If I had tasted it blind I might have guessed that it had a little cab franc blended in. It has that really nice nose you get from cab franc with the balance and power of great cabernet.
November 28, 2008 - Delicious! Had it for Thanksgiving.
August 1, 2008 - Can't say enough about this wine. Has hit on all cylinders regarding power and grace. Very little heat for a wine that really trumpets it's intention. Had it with a marinated skirt steak. Pure heaven. A steal for what I paid for it. This is just going to get better. Lead candidate for my 2005 wine of the year.
