May 3, 2011 - Not at all what I remember from the tasting. Slightly oxidized? Honey dominates with hints of apples. Nice long finish. Slightly bitter.

March 5, 2011 - It has been too long between bottles. This is delicious juice. Rich, pure and balanced on the palate with a lingering finish.
