May 20, 2018 - Really liked this. Frank from magnum. Lovely red fruit with plenty of flesh. Good minerality and acidity. Just wonderful with our dinner

November 9, 2015 - Loved this wine, and time in bottle has helped it open up. Structured, and had still had some lively acid cut to it. Paired well with coq au vin. Happy I sat this guy down!

February 21, 2013 - Very nice but rather closed this time. Red fruit, broken granite minerality, spice, earth and delicate wisps of wood smoke. Woke up considerably with food.

February 8, 2013 - From magnum, good enough, but rather dense the first night, with a short decant. Leftovers stored open in the 'fridge giving more elegant, nuanced presentation the second day. Ridiculous to drink a CT this young from magnum, even from 2008, but still displays quality, class, and interest value. A reliable perennial purchase.

February 3, 2013 - A private lunch (Restaurant Trishna *, London, UK): The nose shows a lovely freshness and granite minerality, flowers and some red fruits, hint of cream; on the palate cool, flowing and elegant but also well-structured and with a lovely old-vine creaminess, very mineral flavours, subtle tannic grip; good length. Drinking well now - 2018+.
