  February 10, 2019 - Drank over the course of a week. Consistent with no signs of fading over a few nights in the fridge. Really ripe and intense, with lots of lime, peach, and more tropical flavours, and bright floral and mineral accents around the fruit. There's a faint touch of developing smokiness here, but it still feels very young and seems to have years ahead.

  December 25, 2017 - Deep yellow/gold. Complex nose of tropical fruit (over ripe cantaloupe, guava, pineapple), honeysuckle, hints of vaseline and bees wax, baking spices (nutmeg, vanilla bean). Real smooth with nice acidity. Delish!

  May 26, 2016 - Light gold in color. Lovely aromas of peach compote, citrus oils, smoky green herbs and honey. Perfectly lithe & poised on the palate with sweet yellow orchard fruits, hint of spices and excellent balance of sweetness and acidity on the long honeyed finish.
