August 14, 2020 - A very nice wine that just sat in my wine cellar. I opened it to use for cooking and then finished drinking the rest. It is very smooth and the aging seems to have enhanced it. Oaky with floral and apple flavors.
This winery may not be operating any longer. I cannot find any reference to Hill Haven.
