    Jetzt voll im Trinkfenster. Kräuter. Schöne Säure und Tannine Balance.

    October 27, 2018 - Decanted for several hours before dinner; Very pretty, elegant perfumed nose, with ripe red fruits, florals and licorice notes; While there is a touch of modernist polish on the palate, it doesn't really detract from the wine for me; Some tannic bite at the end suggest this has years to go, but impressed at how this showed at a relatively young age

    August 17, 2018 - Direkt vor dem Probieren geöffnet und belüftet.
    - Dunkelrot. Konzentriert.
    - Tannine dominieren. Fast Baumrinde. Im Moment nicht schön zu trinken, noch eine Jahre liegen lassen.

    May 16, 2016 - Toller Barolo. Starke Tannine, schöne Säure. Nicht ganz einfach aber mit etwas Luft wirklich toll!! Für mich ein typisches Beispiel für Serralunga d'Alba.

    December 29, 2015 - 2006 L Pira Barolo Rionda vs 2006 F Rinaldi Barolo Cannubbio:
    - Direkt nach dem Öffnen probiert
    - Farbe bei beiden ähnlich: konzentriert, tiefrot aber nicht schwarz
    - Bouquet beim Rinaldi etwas fruchtiger, mehr nach Beeren
    - Der Rinaldi schmeckt weich, mit schöner Frucht, balanciert, wenig Tannine. Der Pira ist kräftiger, mehr Tannine. Auch eine schöne Säure. Teilweise noch nicht voll integriert. Passt aber sehr gut und typisch Barolo
    - Für mich ist der Pira heute der Sieger. Komplexer, interessanter. Der Rinaldi ist auch schön, aber langweiler
