    December 31, 2020 - Lovely balance but slightly losing bite, I thought. Think it might be slightly past its best. Certainly the idea it could keep well to 2034 seems way off.

    November 27, 2020 - Much improved from a bottle in '12. Quite dark golden color with nose of pleasant mustiness, apple, yeast. Still packing plenty of effervesce and acidity with flavors of apple, mushroom, bread.

    January 27, 2020 - Golden yellow; opened 2 days earlier then sealed, this is showing better, nose went from nuts and mushroom to buttery brioche, lemon, golden apples, still fresh acid but settled with the time open- could even use some more, nicely aged, still could use more time imo, need to wait a while for the remaining’08s.

    December 17, 2017 - I have no idea where I got this or why. Must be a pinot heavy champagne. Severely golden in color, Reminds me a bit of a vintage veuve, in all the good ways. Brioche on the nose, and still nicely acidic and crisp, with a touch of green apple, mousse, and a loooong finish... would say good QPR if it weren’t for the age.

    November 7, 2017 - A few more years of bottle age has improved this wine, yet it has years ahead of further development. Great toasty nose, fine bead with a long full bodied finish. Excellent bottle of champagne. Will wait a few more years to try again.

    December 28, 2014 - classic style bubbly, nice balance of fruity and yeasty components;
    I sense aging will not improve it further

    November 14, 2014 - Plenty to like about this Champagne with good mixes of citrus, acidity, yeast, straw and hints of red fruit. Finish was shorter than desired.
