May 22, 2017 - Champagne Barons de Rothschild (London Wine fair): Brilliant golden yellow.
    Same fine and persistent perlage.
Complex and fine nose, more centered on flowers (acacia) than toasted, fruity notes (agrumes).
Dry, well balanced by acidity. Medium structure. Shy fruit on closing.

October 1, 2016 - Appearance: Bright and clear, it has pale lemon color, with fine consistent bubbles, wide watery rims and legs.
Nose: Clean, with medium (-) intensity aromas of citrus fruit of lemon, green fruit of green apple, floral notes of hawthorn, autolytic notes of yeast and toast, kernel notes of almond, dairy notes of cream. The wine is developing.
Palate: Dry with high acidity, the wine medium (-) alcohol and light body, showing pronounced intensity flavors of citrus fruit of lemon, autolytic notes of yeast and toast, green fruit of apple,
Conclusion: Very good quality Champagne with a nice nose, with good complexity even though it may not be having much concentration on the first couple of sniff, the wine shows a powerful palate, with very intense and complex flavors, spanning from fruit, floral to the autolytic and even maturity characters. It is a wonderful example of how a good Blanc de Blancs can capture your attention, and making you drink non-stop until you found the whole bottle is gone. It is ready to drink now and not meant for further ageing.

April 27, 2015 - Sadly no formal note, but found this refreshing, smooth and crisp. Nicer than the Moet and Veuve Cliqouts NVs we often drink. Great, easy to drink effort for those who want a change.
