May 27, 2015 - Siyaha yakin bordo renkte hafif opak. Ilk burunda animal ve topraksi notlar cok baskin. Havalandikca olgun kirmizi meyvelere floral ve ciceksi tonlarin eslik ettigi kompleks bir burnu var. Damakta meyve konsantrasyonu yuksek. Tanenler kadifemsi bir hal almis. Alkol, asidite ve mineralitesi tam bir denge ve uyum icinde. Cok iyi bir cahors ornegi.

May 8, 2015 - Siyahi kırmızı. Burunda toprak, animal, eski ahşap ve acı baharat kokuları. Damakta orta gövdeli, çok dengeli, elegan ama güçlü bir yapı. Tanenleri entegre. Mineralite, acı baharat, nane aromaları ve siyah meyve tadları alınıyor. Bitimi temiz ve orta. Baharatlı ızgara etler ve kebaplar ile uyum gösterir.

April 5, 2014 - surprised by the pure/crisp nature of this cahors, if served at 15°C one could easily mistake this for a Chinon. the wine takes time to open up, as some bloggers suggested, I opened it 5 hours before drinking. interesting nose of black fruit, licorice and spices (black pepper). medium intense start with black fruits and nicely integrated tannins, long finish with notes of sour cherries
