    April 27, 2014 - Quite a lovely nose - good structure

August 15, 2011 - This year's anniversary wine (though a couple of months late!). Cork and bottle top oxidized, but cork otherwise in good shape, as was the bottle generally after I cleaned up the top. Bricking color. Mature pinot on the nose -- dominated by a certain meatiness. Really nice on the palate -- a little of the meatiness and other secondary components coming through, but mainly just pure, sweet-ish fruit. Really long, pleasant finish.

June 1, 2011 - Bad provenance? Not corked but maybe bad storage? Very very acidic. Overrode nose of dark fruits and tasty wine.
