May 20, 2013 - From a 375. Utterly unoffensive, but where's the fun in that? Too much oak, and and real backbone, though in fairness this is pleasing on the palate, with notes of black cherries and vanilla. It is what it is -- life's too short.

November 14, 2011 - Pencil and vanilla. Lacks concentration and fruits. Well balanced and medium length but a little too much oak. A simple but well crafted wine.

A modern Bordeaux with no soul. Dense, smooth and dusty. No complexity whatsoever.
Yes, a lowsy year and probably more concentration was needed to be done in the chais, but still when the three of us couldn't be bothered to finish the bottle while dining in Bordeaux... And after all we thought this should be a pretty safe choice from a poor wine list (the white one picked was pure bottled sulphur I guess).
