October 1, 2023 - Typical GSM blend. 40% Grenache/40% Syrah/20% Mourvedre. Wonderful wine at the 15-year mark. Up front fruit profile of blackberry, cassis, and black raspberry. Still has a beautiful core with notes of tobacco, spice, violets, and cracked pepper. Silky smooth tannins with a good long finish. Excellent now, but no rush.

March 5, 2023 - Lost track of this wine in my cellar. But was NOT disappointed! Decanted for 6 hours before tasting. Cork was beautiful! Enjoyed with Japanese Wagyu grilled at home. Dark dried fruit front with silky smooth finish. Figs and black current. Surprised to note still has life!

April 12, 2022 - Excellent bottle. Full bodied. Dark fruit and pepper. Long finish. Just enough remaining tannin for a pleasant grip. Drinking very well now.

August 20, 2021 - Smooth and delicious. Flavors of violets, black tea, game, and black cherry. I like how the tannins are still firmly present. Drink now.
