December 5, 2020 - My last bottle of four and it was another exceptional bottle. I really enjoyed this one. It gained in complexity as the night wore on and competed with some heavy hitters for wine of the night. I would drink them soon if I had any more. A wonderful wine 🍷 and hope my next Paul Hobbs are just as good.

November 22, 2018 - See previous notes. Great nose of forest and pine. Cola, spice, and smoke on the backend. CT says I have one more bottle. I need to find it. This was top notch.

May 25, 2017 - This wine had plenty left in it! I was a little unnerved by the listed 2015 end window, but thankfully not the case. Great acidity, tart cherries, and a medium length, soft finish. Wish I had a few more of these.

(Crossbarn Russian River Pinot Noir Paul Hobbs) #2; VaynerPAZZZ; COLOR-dark; NOSE-some interesting baby black cherries; creamy; PALATE-there's a sharp edge here; it's acting young; the tannins are big; a little goopy and seems unfocused and disjointed; this is a young wine and could improve, but doesn't have the elegance or flavor profile of the Alto Maria; this has potential, but is awkward right now; WE-93; GV-87+
