Community Tasting Notes 4

January 14, 2012 - This bottle has a butterscotch like flavour. It has improved again in the last 6 months. Unfortunately this was my last so I won't see it improve anymore. Upped my rating another notch.

May 21, 2011 - Consistent with previous notes. Has improved again since last opened. Improve rating by one.

November 16, 2010 - Very nice hints of mocha and chocolate. Smooth and balanced. Has improved a lot over last 6 months since last tasting. [screwcap, 13.5% alc]

March 4, 2010 - Hmmm... had with Spaghetti Marinara at a restaurant with friends, really didn't have a chance to concentrate on it. No airing, other than while drinking it. Nothing really stood out. It did have pretty good body, no tannins and not a lot of fruit. It will be interesting to try another bottle with more time to think about it. [screwcap, 13.5% alc]
