January 25, 2012 - Good intensity of strawberry and raspberry fruit and herbal (bay and thyme) profile. Well integrated but structured tannins. Nicely done kiss of french oak adds a smoky cedar note. Medium plus length. The most noticeable character is the refreshing mineralogy and acidity providing a lovely balance and elegance. Very good with plenty of improvement with bottle age.

January 13, 2010 - Monthly Tasting Group HWS #043; Low Budget Wines (By RvD): A mouth full of wine. A lot of oak which is not fully integrated yet. Blackberry juice. Soft tannin and ok bitterness, acidity and sweetness. I did not score the wine very high, but there surely is potential. Give it 2 - 3 years of cellaring and the score can easily be 2 points higher.
