February 22, 2016 - Light straw coloured, with a hint of gold.
Full nose, citrus and wax dominating.
High acidity, lots of lemons on the palate, followed by a mid-length mineral finish. Slight waxy/oily feel on the tongue.
Very nice wine, full of energy and life after 6 years. Not yet developed those Hunter Valley Semillon butter/hazelnut flavours, but is not completely primary. Lacks something on the mid-palate that stops it from being excellent. -

October 26, 2012 - Light and young color. Aromatic, but also restrained, tart and sharp. Chalky, almost a champagne without the bubbles. Super Q/P ratio.

February 4, 2012 - Does what it says on the tin/bottle. A good, dry, refreshing Semillon with enough body/fruit/acid balance to enable the bottle to evaporate. Could age a bit, but probably wouldn't improve much. Nice.

March 3, 2011 - Hunter Valley Semillon tasting (Grünerløkka): Light colour, some green.
Intense aroma, very fruity - goosberry and sitrus. Some chemical.
Full-bodied, oily. Nice acidity in the finish.
