February 7, 2010 - Pretty consistent with last bottle but noticed more of a minty, eucalyptus note on the nose and palate. Pretty interesting Aussie wine.

January 27, 2010 - Big, big, New World wine. Definitely no mistaking this for a Bordeaux, that's for sure. Fairly restrained nose of tart red currant and creamy vanilla. On the palate, huge amount of tart red fruit with a rich, glycerin mouthfeel. Not much in the way of tannins. Oak is present but integrated. Long finish. Somewhat cough syrupy. Not really a favorite style of mine, but if you're in the mood for a big non-Shiraz Aussie fruit bomb, this is a good choice.
